LGBTQ+ and Culturally-Affirming Therapy Services
As your therapist, creating safety for the hard work we do is my top priority. I provide therapy that honors the complexity of multiple identities and intersections. My approach is inclusive and recognizes how culture, race, gender, sexuality, and other lived experiences shape emotional and mental well-being.
Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers a supportive space to slow down, make sense of emotional patterns, and reconnect with yourself—especially when life feels overwhelming, confusing, or stuck. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, identity concerns, relationship stress, trauma, and major life transitions.
Grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and affirming care, individual therapy helps you understand how your emotions, attachment experiences, and nervous system shape the way you relate to yourself and others. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique identities and lived experiences.
Weekly Couple’s Counseling
Relational therapy, also known as “Couples Therapy” or “Marital Counseling” is a type of psychotherapy used to address distress in a relationship that blocks connection between partners. This process is especially helpful for couples who feel stuck in negative cycles with no meaningful way of resolving them.
EFT Couples Therapy Intensives in Las Vegas
In-person EFT Couples Therapy Intensives in Las Vegas offer a focused, immersive alternative to weekly couples counseling for partners feeling stuck in high conflict, emotional distance, or repeated relationship ruptures. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), intensives help couples slow down escalation, understand their negative cycle, and begin rebuilding emotional safety and connection—together, in the same room.
Couples intensives are offered in 2-day and 3-day in-person formats in Las Vegas, depending on the level of distress and the depth of work needed. Both options provide extended, uninterrupted time to make meaningful progress and create momentum that can be difficult to achieve in traditional weekly therapy.
